Terms & Conditions

Effective from March 15, 2017.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before procuring our services. It is implicit that customer agrees to our terms and conditions as listed below before making a purchase.

General Terms
  1. Ixzire management is not responsible for any trauma, injury or loss during your stay
  2. Ixzire management reserve the right to refuse service or decline reservation to anyone at anytime
  3. Services and tour plans may be disrupted or discontinued in situations beyond our control for which no refund will be issued
  4. Service tax once collected, can not be refunded
  5. Guest must report to us with valid photo id to avail our service
  6. Post cancellation refund processing will take minimum 20 working days from the day we receive guest's bank account details
  7. For refund processing any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer
  8. Refund will be issued in INR (Indian Rupee) only
  9. Ixzire management is not responsible for cancellation due to the cancellation of flight/ ferry
  10. Ixzire management  is not responsible for cancellation due to climatic change/natural disaster
  11. Ixzire management is not liable against non- availability of amenities / services caused by technical faults or natural inconvenience

Cottage Reservation
  1. Offline and OTA pay at hotel bookings requires full advance without which bookings will be auto-cancelled within 12 hours
  2. Booking made on promotional offers are subject to cancellation policy of the particular promotion, if specified, and non-refundable as such when not specifically mentioned on the promotion. (clause added on and effective from 14-JAN-2019)
  3. For full booking amount cancellation before 7 (seven) days from the check-in date. 100% refund will be issued
  4. Cancellation within 7 (seven) days of check-in date as well as "no show" is non refundable
  5. Post check in, no refund can be issued for shortening of stay
  6. Check-in time is 10:00 AM onward, check-out time is 08:00 AM or before.
  7. Late check-out / early check-in may be considered, subject to availability, upto maximum 2 hours free of charge.
  8. Heavy electrical appliances (e.g air-conditioner, fridge, Water heater etc) will not work during normal supply failure
  9. All cottages are strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside cottages strictly prohibited and will attract severe penalty.
  10. Guests are liable to pay for any damage caused, intentional or accidental
  11. Disrespectful behaviour towards other guests or staff will result in immediate termination of stay without any refund
  12. For hygene and cleanliness reasons, food items can not be served / consumed inside cottages.

Holiday Packages
  1. Full payment is required before 30 days from the date of travel or date of booking whichever is later
  2. If full payment not received as specified above, package will be considered canceled
  3. Cancellation of package before 30 days from the date of travel will attract 50% of the total package cost as cancellation fee
  4. Cancellation of package within 30 days from the date of travel or No Show will attract 100% of package cost as cancellation fee 
  5. An additional INR 2000 will be charged as documentation fee over and above the cancellation fee for package cost less than INR 20,000
  6. Travel documents like tickets etc can ONLY be provided after full payment is received.
  7. Tour plans may be modified by us to accommodate practical, natural or on spot situations without notice
  8. No refund will be issued for changes / deletion / cancellation in agreed itineraries under any circumstances, due to any reason
  9. Cancellation of package tour will not result in automatic refund of room reservations in Ixzire

Third Party Services (Ship / Airline / Other Hotels)
  1. We are not responsible for any loss due to late reporting by guest
  2. We are not responsible for any loss incurred due to suspension or disruption third party services
  3. We are not responsible for the quality of services maintained by third party providers
  4. We are not responsible for the third party refund processing.

Privacy Policy

Ixzire respects the privacy of all our guests, and we are committed to protecting it. To best serve you throughout this website, you will be asked to provide a variety of information, such as name,T mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. This information will allow us to provide a personalised experience for each visitor to our website.

This website does not collect, save or store any personal information from visitors that simply browse this website, unless you voluntarily and intentionally provide it to us. If there is a problem with a reservation, the information provided will also allow us to contact you.

Employees or agents of Ixzire who have access to your personal information are required to keep the information confidential and not to use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Ixzire. Ixzire and affiliates will not sell or distribute any of your personal information to any outside organisation for marketing or solicitation without your permission. Ixzire is committed to the security of the data collected on this Web site, and treat all information you provide us as confidential. We use third party payment gateway to securely process credit card information, name, address, email and other information you provide us.

To better serve you when you are using this site, we also use "cookies" to help us recognise your preferences and selections. Please be aware that third-party Web sites and services available through have separate privacy and data collection practices. We have no control, responsibility or liability for these third-party policies or actions. Ixzire cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you disclose online to third party sites. This website is subject to Indian laws. Ixzire will disclose personally identifiable information without your permission when required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to guests, visitors, associates, or others, or to property (including this site).


All legal disputes with Ixzire Resort or M/s Greenfinity Getaways will be disposed of before the jurisdiction of Hon'ble High Court of Kolkata or its session bench at Port Blair
